3 days or less before usage date
100% of charter bus fee
Special Exceptions
※If flight cancellation occurs due to airline circumstances, refunds are possible within 24 hours upon presentation of proof.
Other Notes
- ・Reservation changes are accepted based on availability. Change fees may apply.
- ・No cancellation fees for cancellations due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, or transportation strikes.
- ・Cancellation fees are calculated based on the charter bus fee at the time of reservation.
