Cancellation Fees

| 14-8 days before usage date | 20% of charter bus fee |
| 7-3 days before usage date (working hours) | 50% of charter bus fee |
| 3 days before usage date | 100% of charter bus fee |
Special Exceptions
※If flight cancellation occurs due to airline circumstances, refunds are possible within 24 hours upon presentation of proof.
Other Notes
- Reservation changes are accepted based on availability. Change fees may apply.
- No cancellation fees for cancellations due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, or transportation strikes.
- Cancellation fees are calculated based on the charter bus fee at the time of reservation.
